The Support Youth Fellowship of Africa (SYFoA) is a premier, six month hybrid leadership incubator designed for 35 elite young Africans aged 18–30 per cohort.
Anchored in the philosophy and foundational textbook Leading By Your Life Story by Chief Moses Baffour Awuah, SYFoA bridges the gap between personal adversity and public impact.
Through a hybrid model combining virtual mentorship and an in person residency in Accra, Ghana, fellows are equipped to turn their life "scripts" into self sustaining, community focused solutions.
The programme culminates in June 2027 with a high profile graduation during the Global Youth Workers Conference.
